Been a buuuusy day today. But, here is my shout out leader of the week.

I have so much admiration and respect for this weeks Monday shout out. Michelle Beale is amazing. She started filling in for Brenda (our First Steps guru) over the summer and has done an absolutely terrific job. I am amazed at how hard she works and her passion for kids. It has been an amazing thing to see.

I got a call one Friday asking me to pray for her. She had to go to the hospital for a heart attack. I was blown away. On Friday, she was in the hospital for her heart….then on Sunday I come back to brag on our workers and sure enough…the first smiling face I see in our kid’s building is Michelle Beale. Wow.

I love people that are passionate about their roles in the church. It makes me a better leader. It also has given me a great line when any of my staff starts to whine about having a stomach ache.

Michelle…thank you…you are awesome.
