I have spent some time preparing for the atonement series that we are going to do in July or August. When you spend time studying about the cross and what Jesus did for us that day…it brings things more into perspective…and it breaks my heart in ways I didn’t know it would. My prayer for my life personally has been that I would not take for granted the sacrifice that was made that day…and remember that He did it so that we could be rightfully reconciled back to the Father. What an awesome portrayal of love and selflessness.

Sunday is going to be an incredible day. Keep inviting people to church…the phone calls of families and friends coming keep pouring in…this weekend could be the first weekend that someone actually knows what it feels to have true love in their lives. See you Sunday!
