I'm sure quite a few people have left churches for just this reason...they weren't getting personal attention from the Lead Pastor. Drama like that is probably one of the biggest reasons people leave church! Which is probably just as well since they obviously aren't interested in the vision of the church or in their walk with God if they're focused on stuff like that. I highly doubt that He's telling them to dial up their pastor while he's on vacation with his family to get an answer to some bible trivia they heard on Jeopardy! Wait, what about Trivial Pursuit?
